09.02.2015
Description
We are very pleased to announce that Hirosaki University Innovative Regional Research Center Forum “Building a Plattform for the Reevaluation of the Regional Lifestyles to Create the Aomori Style for the New Era” will be held as below.
Aomori prefecture is faced with the problems of population decline and a shrinking labor force, which can lead to the deterioration of regional industries and economies as well as the quality of daily life. How is it possible to deal with these problems?
The Innovativd Regional Research Center of Hirosaki University was establiched to examine and offer solutions to various regional problems through interdiscliplinary approaches.
By combing the research results of the three divisions of our Center, i.e., the Cultural Resource and Regional Culture Division, the Comprehensive Regional Planning Division and the Disaster and Calamity Reconstruction Research Division, we are trying to revaluate the rich potentials of the Aomori region to develop a strong, vigorous, and innovative region.
The interdisciplinary research results will be reported and future perspectives will be discussed in the forum. We look forward to your participation.
